Join our team!
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist (f/m/x) for the European market to join our team at our Innsbruck office on a full-time basis.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Logistics Specialist (f/m/x), you act as the crucial link between suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners. You coordinate inbound shipments with our partners, ensure full customs compliance, and maintain essential master data in our systems and databases. With a hands-on, solution-driven mindset, you support logistics management by preparing data and facilitating clear, effective communication.
 
  • Act as the link between suppliers, internal departments, and external partners
  • Coordinate inbound shipments with our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider and ensure delivery targets are met
  • Ensure documents comply with legal requirements to ensure smooth import
  • Maintain key master data such as tariff classifications
  • Support logistics management with data preparation and reporting
WHAT YOU IDEALLY BRING WITH YOU
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize based on business needs
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience as a dispatcher, traffic manager, or with import processes and documentation in Europe
  • Good understanding of international transport (Air & Ocean) 
  • Strong Excel skills and confident writing in business English
  • Completed “Speditionskaufmann/-frau” apprenticeship is an advantage

Wir suchen eine*n Logistics Specialist (w/m/d) für den europäischen Markt zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Innsbruck – in Vollzeit.
DAS ERWARTET DICH
Als Logistics Specialist (w/m/d) bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Lieferanten, internen Teams und Logistikpartnern. Du koordinierst Wareneingänge mit unseren Partnern, sorgst für die vollständige Einhaltung zollrechtlicher Vorgaben und pflegst wichtige Stammdaten in unseren Systemen und Datenbanken.
Du packst mit an, behältst den Überblick über wichtige Daten und sorgst dafür, dass Informationen dort ankommen, wo sie gebraucht werden.

  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferanten, internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
  • Du koordinierst die Wareneingänge mit unserem Third-Party-Logistics (3PL)-Partner und sorgst dafür, dass Lieferziele eingehalten werden
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Dokumente den gesetzlichen Vorgaben entsprechen, um eine reibungslose Einfuhr zu gewährleisten
  • Du pflegst wichtige Stammdaten, wie z. B. Zolltarifnummern
  • Du unterstützt das Logistikmanagement bei der Datenaufbereitung und Erstellung von Report
DAS BRINGST DU IDEALERWEISE MIT
  • Du arbeitest detailgenau und priorisierst selbstständig nach den Unternehmensanforderungen
  • Mit einer praktischen, lösungsorientierten Einstellung gehst du Herausforderungen aktiv an
  • Du hast Erfahrung in Disposition, Verkehrsmanagement oder im europäischen Importwesen
  • Internationaler Luft- und Seefrachtverkehr ist dir vertraut
  • Du beherrschst Excel sicher und kommunizierst fließend in Business-Englisch
  • Eine Ausbildung zum/zur Speditionskaufmann/-frau ist von Vorteil
