Our European Marketing team is looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator (f/m/x) to support the creation, adaptation, and organization of content across digital and trade marketing channels. You enjoy hands‑on creative work, feel confident coordinating multiple projects, and collaborate naturally with designers, agencies, and internal teams to help deliver a consistent and premium brand experience across Europe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all creative and content creation for Black Diamond in Europe and help ensure a consistent, high‑quality brand experience across all channels.
• Bring the European trade marketing and content strategy to life in alignment with seasonal priorities and brand goals.
• Keep an eye on performance across content and trade marketing activities, analyze results, and highlight opportunities to boost impact and efficiency.
• Develop fresh and engaging support for seasonal campaigns - from concepts and storytelling to complete asset packages.
• Assist in managing the trade marketing and content creation budget and help keep projects on track.
• Create and adapt digital and print assets for the European market, including content, adverts, banners, catalogues, window concepts, soft shops, and shop‑in‑shop materials.
• Coordinate and collaborate with external partners such as graphic designers, production agencies, and printers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Manage translation and localization needs across Europe in collaboration with an external language agency.

WHAT YOU IDEALLY BRING WITH YOU

• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere, and confidence working with visual assets.
• Clear communication skills and ideally an interest in text creation or copywriting.
• A structured, detail‑oriented working style and the ability to keep multiple projects organized.
• First experience in marketing, content creation, or trade marketing — experience in the outdoor or sports industry or an interest in outdoor topics is a plus. 
• A creative mindset with an eye for visual consistency and brand identity.
• A collaborative, reliable, flexible, and communicative approach to teamwork.
