  • Provide professional and reliable after-sales support to our wholesale customers across Europe.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and ensure outstanding service by responding quickly and effectively to inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
  • Support our internal sales team and external sales agents in their daily interactions with retailers – including order books, master data, B2B portal support, and account status updates.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our customers based on trust and collaboration.
  • Communicate confidently and appropriately across different languages and business cultures – by phone and email.

  • Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
